If you are wondering which career direction fits to you today, with all the experiences and skills you've gained over the years, and you're ready to create an action plan to move forward, welcome.

You're in exactly the right place.

You’ve worked hard, taken on responsibility, and achieved many of the things you once thought would bring fulfillment. From the outside, things may look perfectly fine. And yet, something feels different.

Work no longer energizes you the way it used to. You find yourself wondering whether the path you’re on is still the right one. You feel restless, tired, or disconnected—but can’t quite explain why.

These questions keep returning:

Is this really what I want for the next chapter of my life? Have I outgrown something, or am I simply exhausted? What would I choose if I trusted myself more?

You may not be in crisis. In fact, you're probably still managing everything well. But underneath it all, you can sense that something is shifting.

You know something needs to change. You might not know what that looks like yet, but you know you can’t keep living like this, stretched thin, second-guessing yourself, and wondering where you went in the middle of it all.

You don't have to figure it all out by yourself

Many capable, thoughtful people reach a point where the life they've built no longer feels quite right, even if nothing appears obviously wrong. If you've been questioning what comes next, you're not alone.

You don't need to have all the answers right now. Sometimes the next chapter doesn't begin with a big decision. It begins with creating enough space to understand what is changing, and what you want more of in the years ahead.

Hi, I'm Tina. Passionate navigator of life's in-beetween chapters.

For most of my career, I worked in international organisations, helping people and businesses navigate change, growth, and uncertainty.

Like many people there came a point when I started asking different questions about my own life and work. Questions about meaning, energy, priorities, and what I wanted the next chapter to look like.

That experience taught me that transitions are rarely just about changing jobs. More often, they are about understanding who we are becoming and what we want our lives to stand for.

Today, I combine my background in people development, communication, facilitation, and coaching to help professionals create clarity when the next step isn't obvious yet.

I don't believe in quick fixes or dramatic reinventions. I believe in thoughtful reflection, honest conversations, and finding a path that genuinely fits.

Here is how I can support you.

You reconnect with the strengths, values, and ambitions that may have been buried beneath years of responsibility, routine, and expectations.

You gain clarity about the kind of work and life you want to create next, and turn that clarity into action. Not through drastic reinvention, but through thoughtful decisions, conversations in a small, carefully selected group of women navigating the same crossroads and practical steps that move you closer to a future that feels right.

The questions that once kept you stuck no longer hold the same power. You trust yourself, know where you're heading. You have begun creating your next career chapter with purpose and confidence.

What matters to me

Honest conversations over polished answers.

Work that supports life, not the other way around.

Learning, growth, and the freedom to keep evolving at any age.

Moving my body daily. Pilates, weights, spinning, long walks - I've learned that most things feel clearer after movement.

Family, good food, laughter, and time outdoors.

And yes, being the only woman in a household of four occasionally comes with certain royal privileges.
